Contracting - Contracts
Transversal Contracting, which is under the Policy and Strategy, is responsible for the facilitation and management of transversal term contract on behalf of Government. The Office also ensures the alignment of Government Supply Chain Management practices are aligned with the requirements of the Public Finance Management Act (1 of 1999). We also render strategic advise and direction to provincial and other government institutions on the facilitation of their relevant periodic term contract/s.
