to the promotion of economic development, good governance, social progress and a
rising standard of living for all South Africans. The Constitution of the Republic
(Chapter 13) mandates the National Treasury to ensure transparency, accountability

BUDGET 2021 The Minister of Finance, Hon. Tito Titus Mboweni will table the 2021 Budget in Parliament on 24 February 2021 at 2pm. All the documents relating to the Budget, including the Minister's speech, will be available on this website as soon as the Minister starts speaking in Parliament.
Please note: Hard copy documents are not available for sale at the Pta, Jhb, or Ctn SARS offices from since last year. However, all documents will be available electronically from the website from 14:00 on Budget Day 24 February 2021.
