Applications for restorations should be sent to the National Treasury at any of the following addresses for the attention of Viwe Sobudula:

You only need a letter from the National Treasury if you have immovable property registered in the name of the deregistered company or close corporation. Please read Practise Note 6 of 212 from the CIPC.

Please, do make sure that somewhere in your letter you ask whether the National Treasury has any objection to the proposed restoration of your company, that you sign the letter of request, and that you e-mail us a scanned attachment of the letter.
