BRICS Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors

Individually, BRICS countries are active regional players in maintaining regional security and dealing with economic challenges, by working with regional institutions and coordinating with external players. BRICS has become an important caucus group in multilateral forums and international financial institutions such as the G20, World Bank and IMF. BRICS Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors meet on the margins of the G20 Summit and Finance Ministers’ meetings, World Bank and IMF Spring and Annual Meetings and anytime a need arises.
